Contribution Rules

  1. Contributors must be U.S. citizens or a lawfully admitted permanent residents (i.e., green card holder).

  2. Contributors must be at least eighteen years old.

  3. Contributions must be made from your own personal funds. It cannot be made by a corporation, limited liability company (LLC), or labor union. Funds cannot be provided from one person to another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution or reimbursed by another.

  4. Americans living abroad may only contribute while physically in the United States.

  5. Arizona law requires the committee to record and report the name, residential address, occupation, and employer of all contributors.

    • For in-state individuals, this is required if total contributions exceed $100 in an election cycle.

    • For out-of-state individuals, this information is required for contributions in any amount.
